Greedy for badges? Hungry for extra achievement points? Bored out of your skull? This might be the event for you.

Before I go into the description of the event, I'm going to make the ground rules very clear. You must be willing and able to follow these rules in order to participate in the event.

1) You must be prepared to run multiple heroics, back to back, over the course of (possibly) a few days.
- This event will not interfere with your raiding. Daily runs will end before raids begin, with enough time for you to relax, etc.
2) You must be willing to run heroics you may have already finished, in order to help out the other group memebers.
3) You must be willing to continue to participate in the event, even after you've already acomplished your goal.

Words cannot describe how pissed off I'll be if any of you sign up for this event and use it to take advantage of your fellow guild members time and generosity.

Beginning on November 5th, at 3-5pm server time (depending on people online and participants, if any), is the "Outland Dungeon Hero Triage."

The event works like this;
- A standard instance group (preferably all guildies, as they're less likely to leave), will run heroics needed by all the group memebers for the 'outland dungeon hero' achievement.
- They will continue to run heroics (allowing for breaks, etc) until... I'm not sure, but at least 1-2 hours before raiding begins.

- Running order will be decided as follows:
- - 1st: Heroics that all 5 members need to complete
- - 2nd: Heroics that 4/5 members need to complete
- - and it continues on in this fashion until all group members have the achievement.

- After your group has finished the achievement, you have the option of aiding other groups in the event, or returning to your normal WoW lives.

- If you break any of the rules, you'll be kicked from the event and won't be allowed to participate with any groups involved.

I (Lufith) will be organising the event (assuming anyone cares enough to log on). Direct any questions to me.

If you wish to participate, send me an in-game whisper/tell, or just tell me over guild chat, if you want to be involved.
- Please include:
- - Spec
- - Gear Level
- - Heroics Required for the Achievement

Depending on how the event plays out, I may do this again for Northrend, and maybe even for the old-world/old-expansion raids.

Post comments/questions if you wish, but be aware that I may not have time to check them before the event starts.

The Triage is over.

Based on personal observations, the event was successful, despite problems. There is a strong chance that I (or someone else) will organize another event like this in the future.

Several problems were encountered, which I will list here.
- Due to a lack of scheduled start/end times and operation days and criteria (my fault), some of the people involved were unable to complete the achievement.
- - Though the inital parts of this are my fault for not posting enough information, people not showing up for various reasons are another factor.

- Due to the upcoming expansion, there is much less value placed on gear/badge acquisition.
- - Thus, while there were multiple people capable of helping others with the event, few chose to.

- Due to (a phrase I'm coining) "Heroic Burnout," less progress was made each day the event was on
- - The number of heroics completed each day decreased steadily, which could be related to raid schedules and other extraneous factors. This may also be related specifically to the heroics we finished each day, and the length of them (something I should have kept track of).
